More than just circles!
It is a system and language that fosters, builds and repairs relationships in the school and classroom community.
While the majority of practices involves circles, Restorative Practices can take place in a one-on-setting and in classroom settings while staying in traditional seating arrangements.
Key Principle: It gives voice to the entire classroom community and allows the students to have a voice in the decisions that affect them.

Allows students to describe their emotions, promoting empathy, social awareness, and gratitude. Participants share a “Rose” (something positive in their lives), a “Bud” (something they are looking forward to), and a “Thorn” (something they feel they need support or help with).
