About Miss Moore
I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of English Literature and am now pursuing my Master of Education. I'm from Zanesville, Ohio but moved to Columbus in 2020. While at Ohio State, I gained experience at Groveport Madison High School and assisted in an English 11 classroom. My Teaching Philosophies
I believe that ALL students are capable of learning and have the power to do anything. Knowledge is unlike anything else; you can lose possessions and money, but can never lose what you learn. Classrooms should be a safe space for students to explore and learn, and all identities, backgrounds, skills, and interests can be used as an asset to further learning. As an educator, I keep an open mind and wish for students to do the same. I will always share kindness and respect and hope to cultivate a positive environment for everyone. Students cannot learn without a teacher, and teachers cannot teach without students!
