Take your best friend out for a nice long walk and be outside. We walk about 8 - 10 miles a day. Get at least 30 - 60 mins of exercise in a day.
I would like you to be able to use this page for finding apps and websites and activities for your students and parents to help your kids during this time frame. I have giving you may apps and websites that you could use to track your exercise and home learning. Students should be trying to get at least 30 mins of exercise a day but we would really like them to have 60 mins a day.
