As a parent, student, or teacher, you can do Brain Breaks 3 times a day (morning, lunch, and afternoon). Brain Breaks take practice and it is normal for everyone to have a different experience. There will be times when we will be distracted and it will take time to get better.

Mondays can be tough for all of us. Our weekend has ended and the start of the week has begun. Here are some ways to help start your Monday off right mentally and physically.
