              E                        Exceeds expectations – doing all the work required very well        (Excellent)

              S                   Meets expectations – completes the required work with expected      (So Good) 

              mastery and meets the standards of Columbia Unit 4 School District

              S-              Developing – required work reveals areas not mastered/               (Study this Area) 

                              work areas need more attention               

             N                       Needs improvement – does not meet the standards of the                (Needs Help)
