Hi!  My name is Nicole Marquardt and this will be my nineteenth year teaching in Columbia School District.  During this time, I have taught both Kindergarten and 1st grade.  I earned my teaching certificate in Early Childhood Education and Masters in Elementary Education from SIUE.   

I currently live outside of Waterloo with my husband, Scott, of 20 years, my 18 year old son, Josh, and 14 year old twin daughters, Rylee and Alyssa. Josh will attend SWIC this fall.  The girls will be freshman at Waterloo High School.  I love reading, walking, and camping with my family!  

I can't wait to start this new school year!  I love getting to know the kids, strengthening skills they've already been introduced to as well as teaching them new things!  It is amazing to see their growth in just the 9 months that I spend with them!!!
