Juana Rocha

Juana Rocha is currently finishing her BA in Sociology with a Minor in Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder. After, she will continue on to get her Masters in Sociology. Juana's passion for Sociology came to be when she took her first college course in the Summer of 2012, and coincidentally it was Sociology in Education and Success at Regis University.

This sparked her interest in the topic but struggled to find what major suited her best. It wasn't until COVID-19 hit the United States, that she saw how many people were impacted by the virus and the struggles that many were having. She wanted to pursue a degree where she learned how people interact with one another, society and institutions. Now, she is looking to further her knowledge in all topics that the Sociology department at the University of Colorado, Boulder has, to be prepared to help those that need it the most.
