Authors should submit either a 4 page research paper or a 2 page position paper. A research paper could be a description of a particular analytic method, empirical results, or a data set. A position paper argues for a particular position on need in the field.
Papers should note the presenters and their affiliations, and include a 150 word abstract. Papers should be formatted following the EDM format (Templates here). Papers should be emailed to mmlaworkshop@gmail.com and authors will receive a confirmation of proposal submission. The deadline for proposals is June 14th 11:59 AOE. All papers will be peer-reviewed by at least two members of the workshop program organizers. Notification of proposal acceptance will be provided no later than June 20th 2025.
Following the workshop, papers will be compiled into a compendium and summary paper that outlines the full space of Multimodal Multiparty Learning Analytics will be developed. These papers will be made available through the workshop organizer’s webpage with links widely disseminated through the different participating learning analytic communities (e.g., LAK, AIED, EDM, etc).
