Here you can find my notes from class. I have left out text from definitions and examples so that these notes may be used as a study guide. Please do not post them elsewhere on the internet.

2) In class, I will try to follow these notes as closely as possible, but sometimes I will have to improvise! Perhaps I notice an error in one of my examples and need to change the problem on the fly, or someone asks a really good question that leads us in a direction I hadn't anticipated.
