Custom script written and given to the couple for approval prior to the ceremony. Information obtained via questionnaire or phone conversation

Professionally spoken ceremony practiced and performed in front of unlimited number of guests

Additional Services
Rehearsal:
Day of the Ceremony, just prior to guest arrival. (Approximately 60 minutes before the ceremony). Guests generally begin arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony. Bride looks on but does not participate. - $50
Earlier the day of the ceremony before the wedding party is dressed for photos. - $100
Any day or before the day of the ceremony - $150
Witnesses
Two witnesses to accompany me to the service to sign the marriage license (required by the State of MN) - $100
Travel Fees
No travel charge for locations 30 miles, or less, away from my office. Address: 815 Highway 10 Elk RIver MN 55330
Additional $1 per mile one-way for for destinations outside 30 mile radius limit
Special flat travel rate of $100 for ceremonies in and around Bemidji, MN. I have family ties here and therefore do not need special accommodations or lodging.
Invoicing and Payment
I accept cash, Venmo (DrCarrieCollyardGlinsek) or a check written to "Dr. Carrie Collyard" on the day of the wedding. I highly recommend giving this responsibility to a trusted friend or family member on your behalf. Although appreciated when offered, I will not stay for the reception and there is no need to provide me with a meal. I greatly appreciate payment ready either beforehand, or immediately after the ceremony. Thanks for your understanding.
