SCHOOLS & COMMUNITY PARTNERS

At the core of our program model is the 10-year commitment we make to each student, from ninth grade through college graduation. In return, our students make a 10-year commitment to College Track and themselves to earn a four-year college degree and change the narrative for students from low-income communities.

While in high school, our students attend programming at our center during after school hours. Located in the Bayview-Hunter's Point area of San Francisco, our center provides students with a convenient, safe, and comfortable space for learning, exploration, and identity development.

College Track was founded in 1997 in East Palo Alto, CA. In 2007, we opened our San Francisco center where we have supported over 700 students to make a college degree the expectation, not the exception. Nationally, we serve more than 3,000 students from twelve communities across California, Colorado, Louisiana, and the D.C. Metro Area. By 2024, we will have 5,000 students and more than 1,400 college graduates on the path to upward economic and social mobility.
