With more than 25 years of experience at Colby, Seven works closely with faculty and staff across campus to secure federal funding in support of their research efforts, sabbaticals, and publications. She provides assistance with pre- and post-award processes and reports to various federally funded agencies.

Rachel leads the Office of Sponsored Programs & Scholarship, providing operational oversight for grants staff, proposals, and data as well as managing strategic projects to ensure mission alignment and execution of strategic vision.

Betsy brings 20 years of experience to her current role as Director of Foundation Programs. She focuses on the grant lifecycle, including research identification, proposal development, grant management, strategic planning, and reporting.
