Well, we'll be offering two fine, project-based courses - BPM 101 and BPM 105 - through our valued partner, Temple University Japan (TUJ). Both are hands-on, both emphasize practice, collaboration, and coaching over theory. Both incorporate visual learning as well as opportunities for extending it, in a systematic fashion, via AI protocols. Also, no worries about commuting or Covid, since both courses are online. Finally and most importantly, we would love to have you join either of them!
Both are 10-weeks long, running on Saturdays, early February to early April.
BPM 101 introduces project management. It looks at all the key development methodologies: waterfall, agile and hybrid, and at tailoring a project lifecycle for what you need to deliver in your business context. The textbook is Project Management Institute's (PMI) most recent (2021) guidance, PMBOK® Guide, 7th edition.
BPM 105 provides live online preparation for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® examination in a systematic, accelerated format. Participants take practice quizzes, study guidance organized by the Project Management Institute's current PMP Exam Content Outline, and tailor that guidance for potential use in their own projects.
Once more, in the new year, we hope you will join us!
