Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the EMF Meter mobile application ("App") operated by CodeTailor ("we", "our", "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
EMF Meter is a utility application that uses your device's built-in magnetometer sensor to measure and display electromagnetic field (EMF) levels. The App is available in a free version (with advertisements) and a premium subscription version (EMF Meter Pro).
IMPORTANT: EMF Meter uses your device's built-in magnetometer sensor and is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
It is NOT a certified or calibrated scientific instrument
Readings may vary between devices
It should not be used as a substitute for professional EMF measurement equipment
We make no guarantees about the accuracy of measurements
Do not rely on this App for safety-critical decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for accurate EMF assessment.
EMF Meter Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with two plans:
Weekly subscription — billed every week
Monthly subscription — billed every month
Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase within the App. Subscription provides:
Removal of all advertisements
Instant CSV data export
Access to future premium features
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
You retain access until then
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your active subscription using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App settings.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Advertisements are provided by third parties and we do not control their content.

Measurement data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your personal measurement data on our servers.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by CodeTailor and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee the accuracy of EMF measurements
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App
We are not liable for any actions taken based on EMF readings from the App
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
