Team Kentucky Homeowner Assistance Fund l Qualifying homeowners can apply for up to $35,000 in assistance, including help with:

• Delinquent mortgage payments

• Property taxes

• Homeowner’s and/or flood insurance

• Homeowner’s association fees

• Utility costs.
