Presenting Remotely? Always check if the host has specific platform preferences or if they will have internet, and always have a backup if the internet is down. Here are some tips on ways to save the presentation:
Preview Link: Share a "Public View Only" link for organizers or tech-savvy attendees who want digital access without printing. Ideal for online presentations from your device.
Printable PDF: Download as a PDF for a static, printable version without animations/transitions. Great for handouts or backups.
PowerPoint File: Download as a PowerPoint after customizing in Canva (Share > See all > Save > PowerPoint > Download). Font/layout adjustments in PowerPoint may be needed.
