Husband: J.K. Rowling has been married twice. Her first husband was Jorge Arantes (married in 1992, divorced in 1993. Her second husband is Neil Murray, whom she married in 2001.
Children: She has three children. Her first child, Jessica, was born in 1993, with her first husband. With Neil Murray, she has two children: David (born in 2003) and Mackenzie (born in 2005).
Occupation: Author, screenwriter, and philanthropist.
Education: She attended the University of Exeter, where she studied the French Language and the Study of the European Languages and Culture.
