Shipping of Booth Furnishings & Materials
You have the option to ship either to the advance warehouse or directly to the showsite. Tricord recommends that you ship to the warehouse if you have the ability to do so. This ensures your freight is in your booth by the time you arrive. If you ship directly to the showsite, please ensure that your freight arrives on Thursday, October 24, 2024, between 8:00 AM & 4:00 PM. Any freight received outside of this window may be refused. Please review the shipping information and use the labels found on pages 8-11 in the Exhibitor Kit.
Shipping of Booth Furnishings & Materials

Only one (1) exhibitor per booth may carry in what can fit in their arms in one (1) trip. Anything in addition to that will require the cartload service, OR if all items combined weigh over 200 pounds or cannot fit on a 3’ x 4’ push cart, they will be billed as a direct shipment rather than a cartload. Additional details can be found on page 14 in the Exhibitor Kit.
