September Claims Report

Along with the filing of September’s claim for Reimbursement, NYSED is mandating SFA’s to report the number of SNAP; plus extensions to other household members, and Medicaid; plus extension to other household members, at each school at the beginning of the school year.

The school’s totals should be exported from NUTRIkids at the end of the day on September 30th. The Child Nutrition Management System has been updated to include this report on the SFA-level page tied to September’s claim for reimbursement.

Please note: This mandatory report of SNAP and Medicaid DCMP eligible students, plus an extension to other household members is required only once per year.
