Add A Reimbursable Meal Key

This will show how to add new Reimbursable meal keys for both NK Standard and NK Enterprise and is relevant if a new meal needs to be added to coincide with a reimbursable meal key on the point of sale. See also the Heartland documentation with descriptions for Special Item Keys.
