May 1, 2020: Governor Cuomo has announced that schools will remain closed for the remainder of the school year.
We have developed this SchoolTool Grading Options document to summarize the recommended options for modifying grading in SchoolTool for impacted marking periods. The recommended options are modifying Gradebook setups and using Grade Notes functionality. The document linked above outlines each of these options with a short explanation of what is involved. Please note that this document is not a training document. Each district has unique scenarios and possible configurations already established in SchoolTool that may impact the use of either of these options. Please reach out to you SchoolTool Consultant with specific questions regarding modifications for your district.
