2020 SURVEY CONTEXT
The 2020 survey was fielded throughout the month of April. We list here factors that occurred the year prior and up through the survey period. Accordingly, for the 2020 survey the contextual factors presented range from January 2019 - April 2020, in loose chronological order. Note, the survey was fielded shortly after lockdowns due to Covid-19 began, at a time when little was known about the virus and its impending impact. People were operating in an environment of ambiguity and were filled with complex emotions and concerns. Leaders and leadership at all levels and in all sectors were in the spotlight during a time of crisis.
