The CNU in Florence program allows students to study abroad with CNU faculty and a group of CNU students for 11 weeks at one of the top international universities in the world, Florence University of the Arts (FUA). Students will take one course taught by the CNU faculty and then select 4 additional courses to take at FUA.
About Florence University of the Arts (FUA):
FUA-AUF’s mission aims to offer a unique educational model for international students. Through this model, FUA-AUF allows students to integrate, benefit, and learn from their academic experience by applying knowledge and competence simultaneously. Knowledge and competence are taught at the same time through educational strategies and several teaching methodologies that are based on the experience, integration, and engagement with the local community.
Students must be at least Sophomore standing and hold a 2.7 or higher GPA to participate.
A variety of subjects are available in the Liberal Learning curriculum or major specific courses.
Applications are now open for Fall 2026 Semester and Spring 2027 Semester. Applicants for the Fall 2026 are being reviewed on a rolling basis, while the Spring 2027 applicants will wait to be reviewed until grades have posted and a transcript arrives with Spring 2026 grades included.
