CADET SPONSORSHIP

One of the challenges is the initial cost of membership in the program which is usually around $500 this includes 1 year membership, Uniforms, and Basic Training to prepare for more advance programs. In order to provide this training, we rely on support from our community.

Your donations help provide funding for annual training opportunities and travel (some as long as two weeks and in foreign countries), educational trips to military ships and installations, STEM programs, uniforms and other equipment needed for providing color guard for local events and travel / equipment for field training.

A sponsor can be a Person or a Company, and your contribution is tax deductible through our partners at the Connecticut Council of the Navy League of the United States which is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit.

The Navy League and the Western CT Council are IRS 501(c)(3) groups.
