At CME, students are more than just a number on an assessment or state report. At our school, we promise never to forget that every number has a name, every name has a story, and everybody's story matters.

I am so excited to spend the year with you! I have been lucky enough to work at CME for 19 wonderful years. You will love it here at CME...you will learn, grow, and make great friends. My goal each year is to make it a year of growth, discovery, fun, and significance for all my second graders and to partner with parents to provide a quality education!

When I am not at CME, I am off reading for pleasure , traveling, and doing DIY projects around my house. I spend as much time as I can with my two granddaughters (Stella and Evelyn), grandsons (Fletcher and Theo), and my three children, Cassidy (Elementary Behaviorist), Reid (Software Engineer/Musician), and Meg (Program Director, Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum). Meg is expecting my 5th grandchild in January! My heart is full!
