In Kindergarten we discussed line and sculpture. Students learned that sculptures can be made out of anything. We also learned different kinds of lines including zig zag, horizontal, wavy, vertical and how to fold paper to mimic these lines! Kindies loved this and made some pretty awesome sculptures!

For this project, we discusses how certain colors can make a person feel and what self portraits are! We looked at famous portraits by Andy Warhol, Frieda Kahlo, Pable Picasso and many more! We all shared how they made us feel. We took that experience and Kindies made their own self portraits! I absolutley LOVE how they came out!!
