Canon-McMillan High School Preschool

Welcome to the Canon-McMillan High School Preschool!

The Canon-McMillan High School Preschool is a free preschool program run through the Family and Consumer Sciences department of the Canon-McMillan High School in Canonsburg PA. High school students, under the supervision of Mrs. Debby Krebs, plan and lead activities for preschool children who live in the Canon-McMillan School District. Our focus is on providing a fun environment that prepares children for kindergarten, while placing the emphasis on play and socialization. The program runs from late September through late May on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The morning session runs from 8:30 to 10:45 and the afternoon session runs from 11:40 to 1:50.

Enrollment Requirements

• Families must reside in the Canon-McMillan School District.
• Children must be three by September 1st.
• Children must be daytime potty trained.
• Daily attendance is expected.

2018-2019 School Year

The preschool classes are full.

2019-2020 and 2020-2021 School Years

If you would like to place your child on the waiting list for the 2019-2020 or 2020-2021 school year, please send a letter of interest to Mrs. Debby Krebs via email (krebsd@cmsd.k12.pa.us). In the letter include the following information: child's name, parent(s) names, child's birth date, home address, phone number(s) and preference for morning or afternoon session (no preference places you on both lists).

Enrolling a Child

If you are interested in enrolling your child for the next school year please send an email to Mrs. Debby Krebs at krebsd@cmsd.k12.pa.us.

In the letter include the following information: child's name, parent(s) name, child's birth date, home address, phone number(s), and preference for morning or afternoon session (no preference gets you on both lists).

Please contact early, as enrollment fills up quickly.
