Start your Web Browser - Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari Etc.

Enter your User ID - Provided to you by CMS I-Systems

Enter your Password - Provided to you by CMS I-Systems

Select your Tenant - CMSB

Select your Organization - Ex. Cahya Mata Sarawak Management Services

Click okay.

Welcome to Vienna Advantage

Your Welcome Page also known as Dashboard is where you will see the following

• Your Profile Picture -You can add it by clicking -> "Change Picture"

• Icons at the bottom of the page in the following order:

  • Workflow: Where you see Approval request sent to you by colleagues.

  • Notice: Where you get updates about Workflows etc.

  • Check Requests: Where you can add a new request or view requests requiring your attention

  • Appointments: Where you can view Calendar Appointments from Google or VA

  • My Task: Where you can view task assigned to you by colleague

  • Task Assigned By Me: Where you can view Tasks you assign to colleagues

  • Notes: Where you can make Notes for easy reference on the go

  • KPI: Where you can check your KPI

  • Documents: Where you can check your documents uploaded unto the Document Management System

Links: Frequently accessed links and self added links can be viewed here for ease of access

Favorites: You can add your most used windows here by going to Menu2 -> click on a folder -> click on a window box -> Add Favorite
