Executive Director & SME- Digital Transformation

• Provides advice and guidance on the ERP implementation to the PMO team.

• Provide knowledge and expertise in the specific subject, business area, or technical area that will be required by the PMO team on Digital Transformation.

• Direct strategies to drive the engagement and maintain relationship with the project sponsors, SteerCo and DTC members

SME - Financial Accounting

• Provide knowledge and expertise in the specific subject, business area, or technical area that will be required by the PMO team on Financial Accounting.

SME - Cement Manufacturing, Construction and Property Development

• Provide knowledge and expertise in the specific subject, business area, or technical area that will be required by the PMO team on Cement Manufacturing, Construction and Property Development. 

Project Director

• Responsible for overseeing project progress and deliverables.

• Maintains support for the project at the senior level.

• Facilitates resolution of the project issues and risks.

• Reports project status to Project Steering Committee and other stakeholders on issues that cannot be resolved at the operational level.

• Assess and control project risks and keep the SteerCo informed of significant risk areas likely to impact cost, delivery, or quality criteria.

Project Manager

• Overall responsibility and authority for the day-to-day management of project progress and the PMO team.

• Provide project management capabilities, advisory, facilitation, and governance of the project.

• Be the single point of contact for project management matters.

• Provide risk and issue management facilitation related to project execution and delivery.

PMO Consultants

• Provides administrative support to the Project Manager.

• Independently monitor and analyse overall project progress, data migration progress and manage the activities.

• Assist in updating the project status reports and other PMO documentations.
