Students must have old Chromebooks + charger in order to get new Lenovo Chromebook
Charges will be applied
1st, 2nd, and 4th block ONLY except the first and last 15 minutes of class MEDIA Center.
Let any family know they can come to the school for assistance.
Please have any scholar fill out this form IF they are able, otherwise, just send them to the school.
Chromebook - $50.00
Charger - $ 10.00
Cracked Screen - $15.00
Laptop Keys - $5.00 each (Letters T and U missing $10.00)
The damaged Keyboard is $15.00
Lost Chromebook - $100.00
Cracked Screen twice - $50.00 + letter
Leave and do not return the Laptop after 3 requests
