Auditorium Booking
The Auditorium is in high demand and hosts many of our school functions and local community events.
Follow the steps outlined to request use of the BRHS Auditorium. Due to the high demand not all requests will be fulfilled.

Please make note of these regulations for use
Please read the regulations for activities in the Auditorium
Email Ms. McDougall with an event description and your preferred event date plus 2 alternate dates. Ms. McDougall will respond with a confirmed date. (catherine1.mcdougall@cms.k12.nc.us)
Once your dates have been confirmed as available by Ms. McDougall, please secure permission from the appropriate option below:
BR Faculty - must secure permission from Mr. Milote to host your event in the Auditorium.
Students at BR - must secure a faculty sponsor, who must then get approval with Mr. Miliote.
Non-BR CMS employees - should contact their principal, Mr. Miliote or your faculty counterpart at BR (ie, Middle School Band contacts High School Band).
Non-CMS affiliated groups - must secure a contract through the Community Use of Schools Department of CMS. Please be aware that Community Use groups are not allowed to use any CMS equipment.
Upon receiving the booking confirmation, please do the following: (This does not apply to Community Use of Schools contracts.)
Contact Head Custodian to notify them of your event.
Contact the SRO to book police.
Contact Matt Weber to have your event added to the master calendar.
Contact Jillian Frankl to make sure you have the appropriate AC setting.
It is your responsibility to make these contacts.

Once you submit the form you will be assigned a team of Ridge Rep Technicians. Here is a guide for working with technicians.
Email Ms. McDougall after completing all of the above steps to book a production meeting with your technicians for your event, to go over all details.
