I hope you all are doing well and are taking time to work out your mind as well as your muscles. Remember, "Wherever you are, be all there." We are stuck at home for a while but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy ourselves. Check back here often for new video workout and mindful activities.

We are going to practice our racket skills. Please remember to warm up before beginning any exercise routine. When working on your racket skills focus on your forehand grip. Challenge yourself! Tell me how many times you can bounce your ball on your racket.
