SMHS Schedule Adjustment Requests 2022-23

If your schedule needs to be adjusted, this form must be submitted.


This form will be open from TUESDAY, August 9th, at 8:00 am through TUESDAY, August 16th, at 11:59 pm.

All parts of this form must be completed, and only those requests that correct scheduling problems specifically outlined on the form, will be considered.


1. School Counselors will begin reviewing requests on TUESDAY, August 16th.

2. Schedule adjustments will only be considered for the reasons marked in the Google Form.

3. Request for schedule adjustments are contingent upon successful completion of pre-requisite course(s).

3. After completing this form, unless you have written confirmation of a schedule adjustment, your schedule will remain the same (counselors will email students regarding their requests).

4. Requests via phone or email will not be considered.


8/9 - 8/15: Schedule Adjustment Period

8/9 - 8/11: Sabre Start-Up for Freshmen

8/15: New to South (10th - 12th) Sessions at noon and 5 pm
