“I believe that the music classroom requires a balance between boundaries and creative freedom. I strive to create a welcoming, high energy and inspiring learning environment that maintains structure and consistency. It is of utmost importance to me, as a teacher, that all of my students feel successful. I will teach that mistakes and exploration are a part of becoming a good musician. My goal is to develop music students who can work well in an ensemble and have a desire for personal musical growth. We achieve all of this while having fun and respecting others.”
