Did you know that Rama Road is one of the few elementary schools in CMS with two, full-time Talent Development Teachers? This gives us the time to not only work with TD certified students, but also with students showing potential for high academic achievement. We think of ourselves as "talent scouts"! By exposing ALL students to teaching models and methods that foster critical and creative thinking, we can develop students' individual academic talents and serve more students in the TD Program!

While TD certification doesn't begin until 2nd grade, we begin working with students in Kindergarten! We work closely with teachers, facilitators, and administrators to identify students that are working at or above grade level and who show potential for rigorous academic work.
