Apprenticeship, internship, and job shadowing opportunities prepare you for the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in Maintenance and Light Repair (MLR- G1).

This pathway teaches the history of games and technology used to produce games, game ratings, game theory, how to prepare documents necessary to enter the game industry and game design. You produce a board-game prototype, develop and practice skills in 3D modeling and Game Maker, and produce a working 2D game. Instruction emphasizes visual design, evaluating, scripting and networking protocols, and legal issues as well as 3D visual theory.

As a nonprofit ministry serving Charlotte, we've partnered with Central Piedmont Community College to provide opportunities for select high school juniors. You can earn dual high school and college credits, enjoy paid internships, learn from field experts and acquire certifications. You can earn $50,000 per year plus benefits before turning 20, or you can continue toward a four-year degree. Either way, you're choosing a lucrative, flexible career path without massive amounts of student loans.
Students are strongly encouraged to take at least four technical credits from a pathway. At least three of the technical credits must come from the Foundational Courses with at least one of the Foundational Courses at the completer level (*). The fourth technical credit may be either a Foundational or an Enhancement Course.
