Prospectus & Calendar Acknowledgment Form:
ALL other singers, fill out this form
This form is due Friday, August 29 (for ALL classes).
Chorus & attire fees:
NEW SINGERS will be imported into CutTime this week. Please be patient 🙂 there are about 65 of you! We hope to have CutTime updated in time for you to pay online the week of September 2.
Returning families: you can open an old CutTime link from your texts to view your child's balance. What you see is current as of June 2025.
When class fees are charged ($90 is the class fee for 2025-26):
This year, fees can be paid DIRECTLY in CutTime. There is a transaction fee added by CutTime.
Check payable to Providence HS Choral Booster Club with your child's name in the memo line
Cash (exact change)
Envelopes are available in Ms. Sims' room - your student can bring one home to put their payment in.
Attire costs will appear in CutTime in September after students/families have communicated whether they own PHS choral attire already, or if they need to purchase/rent attire for the year.
We are sending home a handout in the first day "welcome packet" that details attire options and their costs - along with the calendar and prospectus.
Once the attire costs are entered in CutTime by the booster treasurer, you can make payments via the same methods as above - CutTime, check payable to Providence HS Choral Booster Club or cash with exact change.
If you want to get the fee paid ASAP so it's out of the way for the year, you can pay via Zelle.
Zelle account: phschoralboosterclub@gmail.com
You MUST put your singer's first and last name with the Zelle payment in order for us to correctly credit once CutTime has fees updated.
Please be patient with our booster treasurer. This is our less preferred method of payment online because he has to match each individual transaction with the correct child in CutTime. Please give us until the middle of September before you follow up on any Zelle payments! There are 200 chorus students total and all our parent booster members volunteer their time outside already working their full time jobs.
