We have two vital documents that we need you to complete:
The 2020-2021 Student Code of Conduct is available online here. On page 3 of the Student Code of Conduct students and families will need to complete the Student and Parent Acknowledgement and Pledge Document.
Annual Military Student Identifier Collection Form. We need every parent to fill this out whether he/she is in the military or not.
The deadline to fill out these forms is Friday, September 25.
We have a few options to best meet your needs.
Option 1- You can click the inks below to complete this process electronically.
Option 2- You can print a copy of the two forms, sign them, and drop them off at the school in the red secure drop box.
Option 3- You can pick up paper copies along with an envelope from the school, sign them, and drop them off at the school in the red secure drop box.
