Since its inception in 2006, hundreds of students have graduated and gone on to graduate school or entered into their chosen careers.

The students accepted into the Bridge program will join Livingstone for their six-week summer BOOT CAMP.

The focus of the Boot Camp is to remediate deficiencies in math, reading, and writing, as well as change student attitude and behavior toward learning. Students who persist through the summer session will continue as provisionally admitted students for the fall and spring semesters; if they attain a 2.0 GPA or better, they will continue as traditional students until graduation. Students who complete the summer program will also receive a $1,500 stipend against tuition and fees for fall/spring enrollment.

There is no charge to families for the summer program, but all enrollees must submit their 2019 -20 FAFSA . Pell Grant awards are used to underwrite a portion of the cost for the summer program and Livingstone will cover the remaining balance.
