Use of Canvas and Powerschool

Throughout the duration of my courses, I will use Canvas for distribution of coursework, management of assignments, and real-time feedback.

Students

Computer Log In:

User Name: Student ID Number

Password: Birthday written YYYYMMDD or your password is Unique to User

If you have trouble logging in - make sure that the computer is connected to the school network -WIFI is on, or patch cable is plugged in. For general password resets Ms. Broome can assist. For further assistance please see Mrs. Cowart in the Media Center for assistance.

Parents

Parents can check their child's homework assignments, attendance reports, grades and other items from any computer, any time using PowerSchool.

Parents will be able to set up their own accounts with access information provided by the school.

PowerSchool also has a mobile app. It is available to parents and students to download for free as a combined parent and student app from the App Store for the iPhone®, iPad® or iPod touch®, and as separate PowerSchool apps for parents and students on Google Play for Android devices.
