Third grade 2025-2026
IMPORTANT CHANGE FOR 25-26:
CMS will no longer use Power School. We will use Infinite Campus as our new program for attendance, forms that you must complete, students' data/records, schedules, and grades for students in 3rd-5th grades. It is a very important program to have access to this year for parents of children in K-5th grades. Please download the appropriate app for your cell phones and use the directions for the program that are included below:

Growth Mindset:
This year in our classroom we are going to do a lot of work on becoming students with a Growth Mindset. Below is a great video about something called GRIT that relates to growth mindset. I have also included a link that explains the meaning and purpose of growth mindset.
I would encourage you to use some of the Growth Mindset language at home with your student as they will also hear a lot of it throughout the day at school! I am a big fan of the power of "yet"
-"I cannot do it.....yet"
-"I don't understand this math concept....yet"
-"I don't know how this works....yet"
