Meet Mrs. Daugherty (Pronounced like Smarty) 

Hi!! My name is Allie Daugherty and this is my sixteenth year as a  classroom teacher and my fifth year at Sharon Elementary.  I am so excited for the school year to begin.

I grew up in Montgomery, Alabama and most of my family still lives there.  I attended Auburn University where I received my bachelors and masters degrees in early childhood education with a focus on literacy.  I am a huge Auburn fan!!!!

My husband Shawn and I have two children ages 12 and 9.  My daughter is in middle school and my son will be in 4th grade at Sharon.  Sharon is our neighborhood school and we love being part of the Sharon community.
