REMEMBER! 

When a teacher resets your password, it will be reset to a temporary password, and you will need to then sign in and create a new password.

Reset ncecloud password

  1. Ask your homeroom teacher 1st. 

  2. If your teacher cannot reset the password, 

CLICK HERE . 

DIY troubleshoothing steps:

♦ Restart your Chromebook! (it can fix a lot) 

♦ Clear your cache! 

♦ Update Chrome! 

♦ Clean out your local files! 

♦ Clean out your Google Drive!

♦Delete Old Messages in Gmail! 

♦Remove non-educational extensions in Chrome!

♦Try a hardware refresh!
