We Are Bucket Fillers

Here at Lansdowne, we are Bucket Fillers. Every person has an imaginary bucket that is filled by others when they demonstrate positive words and actions. However, when others say mean words and show hurtful behaviors, then they are dipping into another person's bucket. Our Bucket Filler program incorporates the IB program. There are 9 IB traits that help our students show strong character. Each month we highlight an IB trait, and at the end of the month, a student is chosen by their teacher or classmates to attend the Bucket Filler Celebration. We use the Bucket Filler program to help create and maintain a safe and caring environment for students and staff.
