Transportation Changes

I do not always have the ability to check emails during the day. If there is an emergency transportation change, please call the office. If you know of a change in advance, please write a note and place it in your child’s take home folder or email me.

Snacks

Students will be limited to 1 snack per day. They will have FREE CHOICE of when they consume it. ONLY WATER will be allowed in the classroom.

All snacks need to be nut free. Fruits and veggies are an easy option.

Birthdays

BIRTHDAYS ARE A SPECIAL DAY! Students at JV Washam are recognized on their birthday with a visit to the morning news and recognition in the classroom.

This school year, I highly encourage families to send in alternative: non-food items. Sending in a food treat can exclude those children who have various food allergies/intolerance or other dietary restrictions.

Some ideas include a pencil or a small goody bag. Thank you for understanding and supporting all our children!

Visiting

When visiting JV Washam, please always check-in at the front office!
