Registration is $10 per student through 2/10/26. After 2/10/26, registration is $20. Please read all tabs before you register.
SPONSORING DIRECTORS/TEACHERS ONLY complete the following steps to register your organization/school and your students for JWRO auditions.
Complete a Director/Organization Registration Form. You will be asked to provide a photo/digital copy of your NAfME card in this form. If you are sponsoring students through multiple organizations, please complete a form for each organization. ONLY THE SPONSORING DIRECTOR/TEACHER SHOULD COMPLETE THIS FORM.
Complete the Student Registration Form for each student you will sponsor. Only DIRECTORS/TEACHERS should complete this form.
Total the number of students sponsored and follow the directions below to pay registration fees. If needed, request a receipt of registered students by emailing Julia Winegardner.
Early Registration is $10/student. Registrations postmarked after February 7, 2026 is $20/student. This deadline has been extended to February 10th due to the snow and ice events of the last two weeks. Please see the email from Amanda Tant to the Google Group regarding the updated deadlines and mailing checks after February 10th.
All for each school/organization payments should be in the form of ONE check made payable to NCMEA. Please do not combine multiple schools/organizations onto one check.
No personal checks.
Private studios should procure a certified check from their bank.
