Registration is $10 per student through 2/12/27. After 2/12/27, registration is $20. Please read all tabs before you register.
SPONSORING DIRECTORS/TEACHERS ONLY complete the following steps to register your organization/school and your students for JWRO auditions.
Complete a Director/Organization Registration Form. You will be asked to provide a photo/digital copy of your NAfME card in this form. If you are sponsoring students through multiple organizations, please complete a form for each organization. ONLY THE SPONSORING DIRECTOR/TEACHER SHOULD COMPLETE THIS FORM.
Complete the Student Registration Form for each student you will sponsor. Only DIRECTORS/TEACHERS should complete this form. THIS FORM WILL NOT GO LIVE UNTIL MONDAY, November 2, 2026.
Total the number of students sponsored and follow the directions below to pay registration fees. If needed, request a receipt of registered students by emailing Julia Winegardner.
Early Registration is $10/student. Registrations postmarked after February 12, 2027 is $20/student.
Directors will not be sent student audition numbers (available approximately two weeks before the March 6, 2027 auditions) until their registration check arrives.
IF YOU ARE MAILING A CHECK BETWEEN February 12, 2027 and February 19, 2027, please send a photo of the check to Julia Winegardner at juliaa.winegardner@cms.k12.nc.us before mailing the check. Please note the registration fee during this time is $20 per student.
After February 19, 2027, DO NOT MAIL any registration checks. Please send a photo of the check to Julia Winegardner at the address above AND BRING THE CHECK TO THE AUDITIONS. The registration fee for this time frame is also $20 per student.
Sponsoring directors must email Julia Winegardner at juliaa.winegardner@cms.k12.nc.us by 11pm on February 19, 2027 to request an early audition time for any students.
All for each school/organization payments should be in the form of ONE check made payable to NCMEA. Please do not combine multiple schools/organizations onto one check.
No personal checks.
Private studios should procure a certified check from their bank.
