Driving/Parking Information

Directions: Turn onto Simpson-Calhoun Road. For cars, take the first right.  There is a sign at that turn. Cars will turn where it says "To Office."  Buses and bigger vehicles can park in the bus loop. For parking at the bus loop, pass the first right on Simpson-Calhoun Rd and remain straight. The bus loop will be the next right.

Entrance to the auditions will be at the bus loop entrance. People can walk onto the sidewalks that are under the covered walkway to the "Cafeteria" entrance. 

Directors will receive approximate audition times before the day of auditions. Students should plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their approximate audition window and no later than 11:30 am. 

Schedule

• 8:00 - 8:40 AM - Director's check-in at registration table. Students report straight to TBA locations to warm up. Parent waiting area TBA (parents are not allowed in audition hallways/rooms). 

• 8:45 - 9:15 AM - Mandatory Director's meeting - paperwork for judging will be distributed. All Directors attend this meeting. 

• 9:30 AM - Auditions begin

• 11:30 AM - The absolute latest a student should arrive to auditions.

• Auditions are over when all present students have auditioned
