Ensure Your Device is at CMS Standard
Has a barcode label on the bottom (shiny sticker), a name label on the lid, and is YOURs, has all the keys, and the screen is legible. If you don't have any of these things, come to the media center or report it on the help form asap.
Update your Chromebook:
Check Your Testing Apps
Apps "Waffle"- NCTest App. Wait for it to load. Press the Power button on the Keyboard- Exit. Repeat for each app you use
Clear Your Data
Go to Settings-Privacy and Security- From All Time- Checkboxes Cache Cookies Browsing Data - clear
If your Chromebook fails the checkup, bring it to the media center for help.
