ONE ACCESS CMS/CMPL
All CMS students have access to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Public Library.
ONE Access is a collaboration between Charlotte Mecklenburg Library and CMS that has been in place since 2015.
CMS students can check out CML resources, including physical books from the library as well as e-books and e-audiobooks.
Their CMS Student ID number is their library account number. The PIN is the last 4 digits of the Student ID.

Offered through the public libraries of NC for students -- thousands of ebooks and audiobooks available. You will need to choose the Iredell County Public Library on the drop down menu, and then your student number will allow you to check out e-books and audiobooks online

Online news articles that can be differentiated to different lexile levels within the same article. Now has a comprehension quiz and writing prompt attached.
Teachers can create a free teacher account and then make a class

This is one of many great apps for younger grades to read and listen to online storybooks.
