SENIOR PROJECT
After you have been inducted into NHS, you are required to complete 1 senior project. Please contact Ms. Denstaedt as to which event you would like to participate in. Some events have limited spots available. You can choose from any of the following events:
Mint Hill Senior Party: Help escort the senior citizens to and from the building. Limited spots available. December 6 10 AM-1 PM
Patriots on Parade: Incoming freshmen orientation. You would be here representing NHS only, not other clubs or organizations. January 13 4:45-7
Teacher Workday: Help the Independence administration with tasks such as organizing, making copies, setting up for future events, etc. January 23 10-12
ACT Test day: Help Mr. Kranish (during Homeroom time) distribute chromebooks to freshmen. Be sure to check in with your Homeroom teacher first. March 4 7:30-10:30
Teacher Workday: Help the Independence administration with tasks such as organizing, making copies, setting up for future events, etc. March 20 10-12
Teacher Workday: Help the Independence administration with tasks such as organizing, making copies, setting up for future events, etc. April 3 10-12 (Please note this is the first day of Spring Break).
Teacher Appreciation Week: Help the administrative staff with Teacher Appreciation Week items. Limited spots available. May 4-8 6:15-7:15 AM. (Please note this is before school. You will be contacted on which dates you need to be here early ahead of time.)
Failure to complete your Senior Project will result in not receiving your NHS stole for graduation.
